Migrate Data

Hesston College IT will migrate existing mailboxes (email, calendar, contacts) from Lotus Notes to Google for all employee users. These processes are NOT necessary for those accounts.
However, students may wish to import their Lotus Mailbox to their new Gmail mailbox. Here's how your existing mail, personal contacts, and calendar events will be migrated to your new Google Apps account.

Copy over existing events from your old Lotus Notes calendar.

Download Email Uploader for Mac
Use the Google Email Uploader for Mac to import your email from Apple Mail, Eudora, Thunderbird, or Entourage (on the Mac).
